Sponsored by Caro & Associates, the Study Center for Economic and Business Criminal Law (CEDPE, from its initials in Spanish) develops highly specialized scientific tasks, focusing essentially on business criminal law. Our aim is to strengthen legal investigation and to provide practical solutions to the issues likely to arise in an enterprise.
Our three main areas of study are economic and business criminal law, procedural law and international law. These are subject of diffusion of legal criminal research in our yearly edition of the Economic and Business Criminal Law Magazine.
The Business and Economic Criminal Law Yearbook (ADPE, from its initials in Spanish) aims to spread the scientific criminal-legal work in our country, through research articles written by representatives of both national and foreign doctrine, who continuously pick topics of high importance for the criminal law community.
